call from ticketmaster

Just had a phone call from ticketmaster saying that they noticed I'd bought two sets of tickets (5 together and 1 on its own - due to the extra ticket for renewing ambassadors fiasco). They offered me 6 tickets together. At least they're trying to make amends for their cock up!

I had a courtesy call from them yesterday. Mine are all sorted and I was wound up on Sunday, because I thought I wouldn't get lower tier, but I got them in the end.

They apologised, I'm happy (if the tickets turn up), so good on them for realising they messed up and trying to make amends.

Yeah. In fairness to them, the two people I spoke to, on Sunday and Monday, were very polite and friendly. It's just a shame the I.T. let them down, that's all.
