We don't need players - We need the manager...

To show his true qualities tonight and for the rest of the season. I'd rather we didn't waste any money on large fees or wages for loan players, unless they are of premiership talent with a big chance of helping to take us up. We're at a stage in the season now where we need to regroup and look back on the last 6 months and what we have achieved with the current set of players.

We are an extremely fit side now, they are looked after properly and train accordingly, our boys have had good team spirit thus far, and have worked for each other to the death.

I think there has been too much emphasis on Wembley and on both of these recent transfer windows that are maybe clouding the thoughts of players, staff & fans. I sincerely believe with the current set of players, and just recapturing the form and ways of our previous good form that this team can truly make a big push for automatics & Playoffs at worse.

Swansea, Norwich & QPR didn't need to make any big marquee signings last season to go up - so we know its possible! We have cover because there is 25 players here.

So as fans lets get back to enjoying the league games and not worry about what our managers doing in the transfer market! He'll do his job, we will do ours - "Support the boys........."

It's all about what Malky & his back room team can squeeze out of our players now and to re-instill the belief back into our boys....

My thoughts also are along the lines of someone said to me about your players have one eye on wembley!
And surely they should be playing as best they can to impress Malky to get in the team for wembley!

Worried me a bit cos the 11 that start most games are very very likely to start at Wembley cos of the current squad size and quality within that squad!
So do they need to impress Malky? No cos they all know they are "likely" to be picked,
But that isn't the mentality of our current players which is great.

Having said that, your right, we don't need any big signings, with 16 games to go, we can emulate what Norwich,QPR and the Jacks did last season!

Must win tonight and it will all be looking rosy!!

Every team has to rely on luck and Millers disallowed goal didn't help at Leicester,
And in another game we lost (palace away) the same again happened!!

Forget Wembley and forget loan signings - The most important thing is getting the team who have led us this far together and pumped up for the run-in.
