Ooh ah Stantona

Mon Feb 13, 2012 8:16 pm

Not really somebody to read books but i got this one for my old man for xmas, he finished it and give it to me to read because he knows how much i idolised the bloke when he was at city, not only that but with his forces background you have to agree that the guy is an absolute legend. Going to start reading it tonight and just wondered if anybody else have read it? I remember meeting him once and he told me that if a defender was up his arse when the ball was in the air he would try and put his back 2 studs right on the end of their toes

It's a cracking book. Really down to earth guy and hard as nails. A few chapters on his time at Cardiff :ayatollah:
