Just phoned ticketmaster as per the clubs instructions to try and get hold of some additional tickets for wembley that myself and my father are entitled to. They said it wouldn't work and I explained my frustrations to him. I then asked who's fault was it that this wasn't working and he repeatedly said "it would be unprofessional for him to disclose that information to me". He then followed up this by saying I would need to contact Cardiff City ticket office to solve it.

i have just had a nightmare with the club, Ticketmaster could not put an adult and a child next to each other and told me i would have to contact the club.....after 20 min on hold, some gobby bird come on the phone and told me that the club never garranteed a second ticket and fucked me off.......whatever happened to customer relations.
