Two Things...

Right, this is off topic rather than football related but it's two things that grind my gears. Nothing major but interested to hear about people's thoughts.

I was driving down into Cardiff past the Heath Hospital the other day and two things stood out that left a bad taste in my mouth but more so because they can be easily sorted rather than the actual issue itself.

The first was the faded daffodil banner on the side of the Heath. It looks so tatty and considering it is one of the first things tourists see as they enter Cardiff from the east, it's pretty pathetic. We are a capital city and can't even afford to put up a new daffodil banner that has proper colours that don't fade in the sun.

The second was the shitty plastic things on the side of Gabalfa Interchange. Gabalfa Interchange is somewhere where my close friend committed suicide so it is depressing enough driving through there without seeing that shambolic piece of "art work". It would be better if there was some kind of colourful mural that showed some of Cardiff's finest sites of interest and famous faces. As a capital city we should be making more of an effort to prevent the entrances to our city looking like a massive shit tip.

Have you seen the new hotel in city centre called the MALDRON overlooks the drop in centre with all the druggies and alcoholics not right that taxpayers pay for that shithole ( the drop in centre , not the hotel )

Yes it's a disgrace, a couple of years ago I worked in the Huggard Centre . these people were having free food and Beds for the night. Then were going into the City Centre and outside the Railway Station begging for money for their fixes as well as getting free methadone . Needless to say i quit working there after a couple of days, it was a complete piss take
