Plan B

Mon Feb 13, 2012 1:29 pm

The question i would like answered is has Malky got a plan B?,for whatever reason plan A is beginning to unravel,if our Manager does have a plan B it must include an injection of much needed quality,we desperately need a Bellamy a Bothroyd and dare i say it a Chopra type of player with the ability to change a game in an instant, i know we are in a Cup Final but those type of competitions are made up one off games, for the long haul of winning Championships or promotion you need more than a team of workhorses who will give you 90 minuets of hard running and endeavor , when Dave Jones proved he never had a plan B he payed the ultimate price, so its over to you Malky your first real test since you became our Manager

If Malky has a Plan B then I sincerely hope it isn't simply "buy more players". A good manager, especially a hands on type such as Malky will get the best out of his group and coach them out of a dip in form, because lets face it, that's all that's happened recently, it's happened to other teams, we are just having our bad run.
Normal service to be resumed shortly. Hopefully in the meantime the majority of fans will stick behind the team and manager 100% and we won't hear the ludicrous and childish booing that we heard at the end of the Blackpool game.

What a load of absolute shite.

We have lost less games than anyone else in the division.

But Shock, horror, we have now lost a couple on the bounce and the
knockers start coming out of the woodwork.

Two games ago we were within a whisker of going second!!!

Sounds like our manager is doing just fine.

First real test my arse

Furthermore. If Chopra was playing now, who knows, he might be going through
one of his one goal in 12 games spells. Triffic!!

Would taffyapple and those who think like him reject the idea of some quality being brought into our team ??

I don't think a Plan B is neccessary, we just need to finish and improve final ball/final ball connection.
Our style works well. I just think that 1 or 2 bits of quality can sustain it.

We do a lot with 1 up, but we've also gone 4 4 2 in games this season.

We've done 4 5 1
4 4 1 1

so Malky is flexible.

I think its just execution, we need a ball holder/attacker who can keep the game closer to their goal than ours.

If we had a better score to posession ratio, we'd be top!

i fuckin loves the City :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
