Why do you have to go to the club? You can do it online 24 hours a day and there's a 24 hour phone line.

Can't blame the club for a big big company like ticketmaster f*cking up!
The club doesn't have facilities to do it on their own, can you imagine the ticket office trying to deal with it all?

It seems the ticket staff did well but the management has to be questionable

Apparently they did, the last trial run was on saturday. All went well.
