Eticketing won't recognize my login details help

I clicked on forgotten password then was send a new password I tied the new password and it won't let me In, I tried my old password and it still won't let me in, what should I do I can't even log In and all the info is correct

when you log in you have to click on "create account" underneath the log in

Yeah I done that ages ago tried it again it's says fan number already take. :O

Tried all day Sunday , when I finally got thru , said I wasn't eligible . So I phoned , at 5 am and got my tickets with no problem. So maybe try phoning tonight ? Good luck
