E-tickets help please

When I click on find tickets for the final it says I don't have priveleges for the game - even though I'm an ambassador who has just renewed for next year?!?!?! Any ideas chaps?????????????

Check the name you are logged in under.

I had to send for a new password for my online account. When I used this, the site recognized me and let me buy the 2 tickets to which I am entitled.

Thanks bluebrd58 - did what you said and now all sorted and booked. Turned out my f*ckin son had set up another account in my name. Sneaky little sh1t.
