Why no Update re Tickets

I can't believe that the club are not keeping Fans informed re e ticketing problems.
Tried for 8 hours to get the second ticket. Update at 3.30 now working which is clearly incorrect. Still not working at 6.15. Poor service from the club.

I used Eticketing half hour ago and all worked fine for me. I got two tickets under my name
