Finally Got tickets online - Some advice

Finally Got them online (including my 2nd ticket) some quick bits of advice for those still trying. When you allocate the fan no's on the left of screen, make sure you add the right fan no to the right ticket price if there are any concessions. Also if you are entitled to 2 tickets just allocate yourself twice against 2 separate tickets. Finally, make sure you tick the terms and conditions tick box at the bottom when paying (its a bit small and not obvious, if you don't tick this a message comes up saying that its rejected due to terms and conditions).

Finally, for those who cant get them as your account says you don't have the privileges (as mine did even though I'm an ambassador who's used it many times before and renewed my season ticket in cash on the first day), get a mates log on for you and get them to add you and everyone else you need to book tickets for. You can still get your 2 that you are entitled to but they can buy them on your behalf.

Been a complete waste of a day but got there in the end. Hope this helps anyone still trying.
