Need to get down in writing the issues I have had today trying to get tickets as pretty much beggars beleive. Was attempting to get 7 tickets this morning, 5 for season tickets and an additonal 2 for two of us who early renewed. Started the online process at 10 and managed to finally get through to the booking page an hour later. The system issues did not allow me to buy the 7 so after trying this numerous times gave up on line and reverted to the phones. Spent around an hour trying to get through on the phone. When I finally did the guy said the system would not allow him to sell 7 and I would receive a call back. I am still waiting.
Around 1pm gave up with the additonal 2 and bought the 5 online. Row 27 in block 136. For some reason the system allocated seats 78, 80, 82 -84. Two randoms in the middle however by this point I wasn't going to decline. Booking fee £10, special delivery £5.
Then spend another few hours trying to get through on the phones to purchase the additonal 2. Finally got through to be told the computer was still saying no and I should phone back in two hours.
Two hours later and another hour on the phone finally got through. Was told the system was partially fixed and that I could buy the additional 2 in separate transactions. So thats another £2 in bookings fees and two lots of £5 special delivery fees. The booking under my fan number would have to be send to my address, the booking under my mates to his address.
Total:
Admin fees - £12
Delivery - £15
This bits amussing - When trying to get tickets as close as possible to the ones booked I was told I could get seats 79 and 81 in the same row (Why weren't these sold when I tried to purchase 5 together in the first place). Realise I am relatively lucky on this front as I know others are in different bits of the ground
f*cking destroyed. £27 quid out of pocket and around 5 hours of my life that i will never get back. City blaming ticket master all day. When I questionned whether the admin fees for the latter bookings should be waived ticketmaster said it was a City issue. I know who I beleive.

I have had plenty of experience with ticketmaster. The fact you got to speak to their customer service dept is nothing short of a miracle. They are the worst company i've ever had the mis-fortune to use. Them telling you it's a city problem is a lie, they charge the booking fee, its how they make their money!

The issue I had with Ticketmaster after Adele cancelled her gig at the CIA twice was ridiculous. Their website was permanently down and their phone line just kept hanging up after about 5 minutes. They've obviously been to the BT school of how to f**k people over.

Easier to wait a day or two, still good tickets to be had and don't need to spend hours and hours being f****d about, can never understand the first day mad rush that always occurs.
