Web Site Update - E Ticketing Fiasco

The official site states the e ticketing problem has been resolved for those wishing to get their second ticket. Why put out an update if it is still not working at 17.05 Should have been up and running from 15.30. Anyone got any news re when it's likely to work?

It's working now. Just got 2 as I renewed my ticket.

Seems like I'm being laughed at for being such a loyal fan for so many years. Perhaps I ought to ask for the £640 back I've paid for next season as they can't sort out the proverbial and I'll take my money elsewhere - what little I have.

Our club are the same every time.............big cock up every big game.It looks like they will never change

The club have to take some blame, they put an update out stating that it's up and running as from 3.30, hours later still not working.

Renewed season tickets within 2 minutes of being able to do so and now can't get the second ticket. What's the point?
