At 11.50am today, they promised to call me back when I got through on the phone line as they said there was a problem with the computer system.

I've just tried e-ticketing, as they haven't called me back and got this message on the site:

"WE'RE SORRY!
Unfortunately, this time you don't have the correct privileges on your account to purchase tickets for this match. Why not return to ticket home and try another match?"

Here's a message from me:

Why not try sorting yourselves out, because I paid £640 the other day, in addition to all the other money I've paid over the years for "privileges" and I've just about had enough of this.

I still feel the Club should take some responsibility as they have allowed this company to charge every fan about £5 in charges.

Are the company (Ticket Master)going to compensate our fans ?
