Black Country derby

If we had a (white country derby) where we had a more white people than other ethnic minorities in a city would that not be classed as racist by people somewhere along the lines.Whats the diffrence???? as it works both ways.

Still it sounds racist thats my point even though that area is 3/4 black/asian people.Even the coal country derby takes the wording BLACK off it,all we have had is racist this racist that in papers for weeks .

Fella it simple when coal was mass produced this area was well known for its production of the black stuff ( coal ) hence it was called the black country . Its got nothing to do with peoples skin colour that is never why it was called the black country

Reminds me of the time when a new member of staff tried to me to HR for Racist behaviour when i said taht i was working in the by "Black Country" that week.

Ignorant sod got sent packing with a flea in their ear for wasting company time.

Two days suspension with pay numerous meetings I insisted that my "case " was heard by the MD.

the worst i ever heard was when the missus worked for the NHSas a cleaner and you couldnt say black bag without being disciplined

wtf always the same if you reverse the roles with "WHITE " as a word on certain things then you would get the blacks/asians or whatever on the old race card trick,so wheres the supposed everyone is equal in it.

shes got a heart of gold and a filipino(who by the way was caught claiming while being on the sick) grassed her up for saying black bag unknowningly and she got a written warning, we took it up with management and they turned a blind eye-disgraceful that why ive got little sympathey for those who use the race card

I get where your comming from but theres a rite time for people to use the race card when its genuine but these days its pointed for any reason what so ever like you mentioned.
