Been down to get ticket

Whent down this morning to get ticket queued for hours finally got one ,but the system for getting tickets is no good ,ie why they did not give every one a voucher who was entitled to two tickets and that way they would not have to split the queue when you got to the front sending some to the ticket office to check details and some to kiosks,they did not even have a kiosk open for tea and coffee they would have made a fortune .


I did not go online to get tickets because i have no faith in the system ive used it two times and guess what two times they messed up so i always go down to get any tickets ,they know there would be high demand today ,its not rocket science , i could have organised it better ,ie sold tickets stand by stand,so if you sit in the ninian stand you could have gone on one day and so on,they could have even asked what section you wanted when you renewed your season ticket and sent them out to you ,lots of better ideas around im sure if i can think of a few why cant they ? This has happened more than once you think they would have learned ,penny pinching they should have over staffed it ,still some of the stewards staff dont care they got there tickets for themselves and there family members before anyone else did not even have to queue ,not being bitchy but its always the same ,if every thing ran smothly you would not care come on cardiff sort it out ,ive had my rant now its just annoying.

Just read carls post about a lot of it being ticket masters problem fault ,i apologise to ccfc staff if what i said is wrong .

Do you not have a direct debit scheme you can use, so every ticket arrives to your door? My days of queing at a stadium are long gone, murder.
