I used the Ticket Office Knowledge link on the official club messageboard to get help, apparently there is someone waiting to help and guide you through any problems, 12 days on my request for help has had 48 hits and no reply from the alledged on line assistant.
I'm sorry but this issue highlights that the system was not tested beforehand and in the real world I have witnessed good people lose their jobs for less.
Someone needs to get a grip on customer service at our club afterall this is the year of our Lord 2012 and surely it cannot be beyond the wit of man to have arranged this better.
Just beyond the f**kwhits at our club who organsied it I'm afraid.![]()

It's the same every time isn't it. This unbelievable urgency to get the tickets as soon as possible.
