ive had enough....they can f**k off now, the reason for the e-ticketing is that so we could come from the dark ages of qeueing for hours in the cold to be able to buy online in minutes in your home and they cant get it right ,ive been on since 10 am and its now nearly 1 pm....gets me all the way through to assign etc but wont let me purchase so they,ve not updated there records .....what a joke .....well f**k it cant be bothered anymore ,i cant get down in the week from work so online is only way ,thers no ST showing so it states i cant buy.....f**k OFF CITY !!!!

no i do today mate...fed up with them its supposed to be easier and they cant get shit all right ,i wont have chance to get to the ground in the week and its basically showing that im not allowed to buy tickets when ive renewed for next year as well....i wanted lower cat 2 tickets but if they go ...im not goin cant be fucked ,really have pissed me off today.....they dont mind taking our money for the new sesson tickets but they cant sort tickets out for us in a final.....joke.

Calm down my friend, its a shambles, have a beer watch the match and try again in the week when the panic is over. Nothing is ever straightforward online when I try something so I'm waiting for the rush to cease. By this this time the club should have sorted the problems. We are guaranteed a ticket, maybe 2 if you've renewed so dont panic.

You need to make sure that your season ticket is registered to your e-ticketing account. Would have made sense to ensure it was all sorted before this weekend

i dont know then mate pretty sucky the option for the CC final wasn't up there when i went on this morning so i got poesy together to get mine, this is why i dont use the internet when buying tickets its untrustworthy.

Annis i have supported this club since my first European game in Decemebr 1964 and have seen some rubbish and confusion over those years, but to be honest in this day and age, with all the technology around today is possibly the worse I have ever witnessed, it is nothing short of a disgrace, and to answer your question, on the field Malkey has got us professional, behind the scenes it is a joke.
