I just got told to put a message out on here to our fans.

But personally I think we are still a shambles and are not professional.

E-ticketing is not fixed as you cannot get the renewal ticket.

It isn't the case of panicking it's a case of what ticket I wanted and the people I sit with we all want £40 tickets and the way it's been handled down there today its makes us look we can't orginise anything. But what pissed me off was selling parking spaces to the egg fans then telling us there was no room to park. Where's THERE loyalty.

The best thing for the club to have done for people who want to go down and collect was sell £90 tickets today and tomorrow, £72 tuesday, wednesday and so on.
We have had a few oppurtunities at getting this right and still manage to piss people people off.Myself included.

Carl, I think the staff/club have lost it and have not become more professional, if we win 5 games, everyone says how professional we are off the pitch. Hmm

I'd be more inclined to blame ticketmaster, however the club & ticketmaster should have had this system tested, retested and then tested some more times weeks ago.

They could have avoided this by if they knew the "extra" ticket would not be able to be allocated online by putting a simple statement on there site such as:

"anyone who has renewed early to take advantage of the extra ticket scheme will need to purchase there tickets in person at the ticket office"

E-Ticketing has had this problem for weeks as I had the same issue when I was trying to buy tickets for the game yesterday. The system kept telling me I was not entitled to but 2 tickets for ST holders, I did all the assign bollocks and even tried that non existant online help bollocks but I may of well tried talking to a wall.

In the end I bought the tickets one at a time and the system allowed me to do that and thankfully the seats were together.

I'm afraid good customer service standards are non existant at the club but never mind I bet you could get a ticket for the celebration dinner without the hassles.

Someone within the club needs to take a long hard look at customer service levels. But I won't be holding my breath. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Annis its a utter joke - ive been on the phone to ticketmaster for 2 hours - finally get through and then they tell me that the system wont allow me to book mine and Brads together and that they will get a manager to ring me back at some stage, now i cant get bloody through again, its barmy at this rate im gonna have to drive down from Blackpool tomorrow

I think the club are handling this totally the wrong way.
They seem to be blaming the fans, rather than looking at themselves and seeing what they can do better.
