The club say they have, but there is a massive back log.

It's an absolute farce. I have never had any problems using eticketing before but this has just been one shambles.

System should have been tested out weeks ago to make sure it would work properly. Offices & telephone systems should have been staffed to cope with the demand. There was always going to be a massive rush on the opening day, for a number of obvious reasons.

On top if that, it still isn't working properly!

Annis I'm in it now and there's no facility to assign tickets to anyone else let alone buy your second ticket i.e. I can buy one ticket for myself and nobody else

Good news the facility to assign a another person is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are quite right that it is not the clubs fault-ticketmaster are frigging useless. I bet there are also numerous non st holders trying to get through and beat the system.

by the ticket it only states M and not ST by mine meaning no season ticket holder....and ive renewed

Yes I renewed as soon as the system allowed me too. I wonder if the system is aware I have renewed or come to think of it does it know who has renewed at all. Something tells me it has not been updated.
