Tried booking by using the hotline no giving out recently, got through after 30 mins , took my details and asked where I wanted to sit. Told the guy and that I wanted to book 5 for people that I sit with in stadium, I have all their ID details, his response was that I could only book two which was the maximum.
I told him it was a joke and that this had not been mentioned, his response was that they had only found out 10 mins before going on and that was the way their system had been input.
Careful if you're queueing, this is a ****ing joke!
