E-TICKETING - EPIC FAIL!!!

Does not allow you to buy the extra ticket!

Now people are being turned away at the ground...

Not good for a "big club"....

I bet the telephone line is now RED HOT and I keep getting a message that they're busy, not even a queuing system...

One word SHIT, I guess Vincent Tan would not be happy with this level of customer service.

It gets better, just got back in to e-ticketing and now the option to assign fan numbers has disappeared... oh this is great

Einstein, just posted in another thread, be careful trying to book by phone, you can only book for 2 people

My Dad just got through on the phone (last 5 mins) and was told e-ticket was dead, and there was no facility via the phone to allocate the second ticket due to the same technical problems being experienced on the e-ticketing system. Don't know what's happening down the ground but I suspect anyone trying to buy the second ticket is experiencing the same problems.
