Premier league aspirations!!! Cant even sought out selling cup final tickets to loyal supporters. Its not that people hadn't thought about 'how will they allocate the second ticket if we renew'. Obviously the people who could control this hadn't or if they did, didn't care that people had shelled out an extra £400.
When will we start to try to become a proffessional outfit off the pitch? Malky is doing his bit on it, who is responsible to sort things off it? Joke

Treated with contempt again, £800 for me and the Mrs. It's always the same treat us badly when we are doing well, then their around your ass when we are bad. Even the style of stewarding changes

Well everyone keeps saying our club is more professional nowadays, this is just one of many things that goes on that has still not been addressed, Hmm.

More than familiar of how to use the system, I buy enough 'away' tickets on there. Its just not set up to buy the extra ticket for renewing

When I bought a PO Final ticket 2 years ago, they had a cracking system. Basically anyone who wanted a cat 1 ticket went to gate number whatever, cat 2 ticket - you'd go to another gate to buy your ticket etc. So the queues weren't very big as people were all in the correct queues.
Have the club done this for the CC Final? Or are they just using the TO and making EVERYONE queue?

I do have sympathy with people who are having problems today. i dont like using the phone lines or online for wembley tickets. i want the ticket in my hand. got down there at 5.30 this morning. Served by 10.00 happy days.
