Whats this E ticketing like?

Thinking about going down in the morning to get the cheaper tickets but ive been thinking could i get them from 10am on E ticketing? has anyone had any problems using this before?

getting my sons,daughters and nephews
If you have registered them on your eticketing account that should be fine, and saves queueing in the cold
