Only S/T holders can purchase tickets for the next 7 days and they're all gauranteed 1 or 2 tickets depending on renewal etc, people queuing cannot select what seats they want just the price bracket and possibly what block they fancy, all mates will be able to sit together so can't see the point in freezing yu nuts off when you can go down anytime in the next 7 days and pick up tickets, obviously by queuing overnight you'll get 1st dibs on tickets but people popping down Tuesday or Wednesday are just as likely to get tickets with a good view, You've also got the E Ticketing option as well plus the dedicated phone line, one thing that may happen is that the first few in the queue will be filmed and shown on the local news, think a nice warm bed tonight is favourite though.

Crazy part is on eticketing i must have been one of the first on this morning and there was only a few blocks out of the £56 price category not sold out!........Virtually all blocks behind our goal was already sold somehow!?!?

I think they hold some back and release them a bit at a time so as opposed to being sold out, they just haven't placed some blocks on sale yet.

well i was one of those ' Sad B*********' as you put it as i was there from 11pm last night and there where already 8 in front of me
but tell you the truth it was a wicked night and met some brilliant people...yes when i left there where about 2k in the queue and whilst some people seem agreeved that some of us went early( not sure why its up to the individual on how and why they get tickets).....im now one of the lucky ones who not only has his tickets in the block that i wanted but im actually home feet up in the warm where as most who i left down there will still be down there for hours to come.

Maybe some....... But not virtually all surly?? lol.......seriously only the corners and next to the corporate were available and limited availability in 1 block which was block 541, roughly 10-12 blocks were sold out it said!?

Or maybe alot were put aside or bought in advance for/by travel groups, supporters trusts, club workers etc etc?
i know a few blocks of the £40 tickets were put aside for disabled fans so probably a similar situation with the £56 one.
