Promotion contenders.

West Ham
Currently top of the pile. Their result 5-1 loss againt the tractor boys will probably be just a blip. Can't see them dropping too many points between now and the end of the season, except against us of course. Must be my favourites for promotion.
Soton
Two points in front of the Bluebirds but have started to rock. Won't lose too many at home but if they lose Lambert to injury or suspension, they will have problems.
Brum
For me, they are the big danger for an automatic promotion spot. Very difficult side to break down. Form side at the moment. Could do with them dropping a few points.
BLUEBIRDS
In with a shout for an automatic spot, much will depend on who is brought in the next few weeks. City looked a little jaded towards the end of Saturday's game.Will this be our season? I hope so but whatever happens, Malky and the boys are doing us proud.
Blackpool
Yet again, they proved a thorn in our side. Very useful side, if we end up in the play-offs, I certainly don't want to be facing them. On the other hand we owe them one!
Boro
Boro have struggled in recent weeks and don't appear to be the force they were at the start of the season. Hope they continue to struggle, one less contender to worry about.
Hull
Unpredictable side, never know which Hull side will turn up. Consistancy might be their downfall.
Reading
Same as Hull, except nearer to London.
Dirty Leeds
Lost Howson and their manager Grayson in recent weeks, can't see them making the play-offs. Sorry Leeds(not).
Brighton
Looked useful earlier in the season at the CCS. Again consistancy will be their downfall. Good side at home though. Hopefully not the night we play them.
Burnley
Flying below the radar at the moment on 44 points. Certainly could sneak into a play-off spot.
Not going to bore you anymore other than to give the current points totals for the other sides that may be in contention.
Derby 41
Leicester 39
Palace 39
Barnsley 39.
Anyone below 39 points I think will be too far off the play-off spots. Always next season.

i personally think its a tall ask for automatics but you never know i think birmingham will win league and west ham second i got a feeling southampton wont be in playoffs

You might be right, certainly going to be a rollercoaster ride as always following the City. Hold tight.
