Tbh the pitch if looked after should be fine.
I can't see our board just giving up a six figure sum rental fee and also I think they pay 40% of over heads.

As I said I'd love them gone but does them staying effect me really? Can't say it does. If its the difference between signing a Harris or a Mason every season then I'd rather they staye and the incomes used.
