Away Membership and tickets for final

I don't have a season ticket but have an away membership. Going on the below, do you think I can buy a ticket from Monday 13th or??? Doesn't explain it perfectly clear, though I may be being thick as it's a Friday. Any advice much appreciated.

Should tickets still be available, from Sunday February 19th, Away Travel Members, Stadium Card HoldersandAcademy Foundation Memberswill be eligible to purchase one Carling Cup Final ticket each, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Any remaining tickets will then be placed on general sale to supporters with a valid booking history from Tuesday February 21st. These tickets are subject to availability and can only be purchased in person at the Cardiff City Stadium Ticket Office

Of the 10000 allocated, Only 9000 renewed or bought new season tickets, so there's 1000 not allocated yet, I think away members would and should be ok for a ticket.
