Why do so many want loan signings ASAP

Fri Feb 10, 2012 4:15 pm

We got one good one, and hopefully more will follow, you would think the side is shit, its not, and got us to where we are, say we signed 3 this week would you put them straight in? Of course not as it would distroy the sqauds confidence, plus the later we sign the loan signings more likely theyd be eligable for the play offs if needed with the 90 day rule, chill a bit everyone.

[edit:] PS, Surley its more important to get the right ones, unlike the past when anyone offered would do!

expectation was raised when we were told on here last night that there would be something happening today. So when it doesnt happen, people are understandably disappointed. There's a bit of a feeling of deja vu, all over again! Most of us weren't demanding early signings, we were told to expect them!

Exactly...

I would rather wait until it has been sealed and confirmed on the website because with these 'rumors/might happens', that's all it is... nothing croncrete and when it fails, everyone is up in arms, complaining, arguing and it can get quite embarrassing with the amount of grown men moaning about failed transfers.

Rather than get fed up with there being no news on signings, surely we agree its better that Malky is concentrating on getting our players ready for tomorrows match rather than stressing about spending for the sake of it.

No such thing!

A transfer is exactly that - when a player has COMPLETED a move to another club! until then it is just hear say & rumour!

NOBODY said anything WAS definitely happening today, but to just keep a look out on the forum in case the talks for the second loanee were completed and finalised today.

Carl's words: As well as Vuckic's agent, further meetings were held today with a couple of other agents representing two other players and it is hoped that at least one of these will be done tomorrow. Keep an eye on this forum tomorrow :ayatollah:

They weren't, so now we can all concentrate on the game away at Leicester - after that the talks between the club and agent will continue in the early part of next week. What's the rush?

I wish people would stop twisting the words & information passed on!
