Pubs shutting early near Wembley

Any one in my situation

Im going to the final and probably wont get a ticket

If one is offered at face value ill take it but im not paying silly prices

My plan was to have a few pints in the Globe then go to Wembley area , enjoy the atmosphere and find a pub where i can watch the game then a huge piss up afterwards.

Hence I was dissapointed at the news from Carl that the pubs are shutting one hour before the game starts, to discourage people like me.

Also it will be annoying for fans who want an extra few pints after 3.00 and before 4.00 or get to Wemblay at 3.00 looking for a pint or two before the game.
Probably a scam to get you paying 4.50 a pint at the stadium.


Dont know if the pubs will be re opening when the game starts not taking a chance.
My new plan is to find a pub a little bit further away from Wembley where they will be showing the game and hot foot it to there at about 3.00 pm ==might jump in a taxi



We need to get a list of pubs that are not closing early and are showing the game.
there will thousands of Scousesr without tickets.

happened last time especially at the pubs in the opposite end of wembley way. However, that allows you an hour to get in the ground and you need it!!!

yer this was the plan for a few of our lads .

if you are on the wembley way side of the stadium go up the steps by the train station turn left at the top about a five minute walk there's a petrol station who sell cans four for a fiver,the off licence across the road from it are around 8quid for four so enjoy and have a good day.
