Malky just said he's looking at bringing players in to improve all areas of the squad, but they must fit his criteria etc and he won't bring in players just for the sake of it to upset the applecart.

I was really busy, I did what I was asked and that was to advertise it.

Basically he said if players are gonna come in they gotta be players who hit the ground running, not just bums on seats transfers

He said Kadeem Harris is raw and has alot to learn but if he impresses in training will be given a chance just like Ralls and Mason

Malky came across very professional and passionate , a man that doesn't suffer fools (like the Jack who phoned in) . I think he as his eye on one or two players who fit his criteria . Its just a waiting game now.
Very pleased he's our manager , handled it very well.

Well he was Darcy's under 10's coach at the time which would mean it must have been mini football where Darcy scored all those goals! Despite Malky shooting him down saying that Darcy was rubbish in training as a striker this morning, he still gave him credit for being his coach and starting off Darcy's development. Yeah he said there was a reason why he was a defender now. But it was great to hear Malky thanking the guy for starting his development. He seems like a top guy.
