QUERY REGARDING ST FINANCE APPLICATIONS

Hey guys, quick question regarding season ticket application for 12/13. Just sent mine off in the post and it should be with them today/tomorrow. Just wondering how it works as ive never done it before, they say they accept any credit regardless of history - which i hope is true! Anyway, any idea on the timescale of them arranging it, do they acknowledge receipt or give you a call or anything etc. As they asked for specific seats and stuff and i had no idea as well so just put the stand/block/row and said any 2 seats!

It usually takes up to a week before you receive a letter from Zebra accepting the finance, you will then need to fill in a direct debit mandate what comes with the form and send it back to Zebra. A tip for you, when you're filling in the mandate write on it the date you want them to take out the direct debit, hope this helps
