I went to the Big Hot Buffet Bar in St.Davids center just off the queen st. entrance by Charles St. Absolutely smashed Cosmo's food to bits the variety of food is amazing as well as the sweets - my mrs was well impressed and the good thing is its all you can eat for £8! I haven't ate so much awesome food for a long time! tip: get a jug of water to drink, one - its cheaper! lol and two - it cools your mouth down after some of the spicey foods, and curries!

IMO the best in Blackwood would be Bosco Nero never had a bad meal there, Cardiff you would find hard to beat Madeiras Portugese restuarant, or Junction 28 in Newport is very nice
