Carlingcup final, supporters

Wed Feb 08, 2012 7:20 am

Hi there all of you. First of all I just have to congrat you on making the final, and hope that it will be a good one.
I`m a Liverpoolsupporter from the northern part of Norway. I`m in London the weekend of the final, but it`s really difficult to get tickets for the match. I have a friend down in Liverpool who is checking tickets for me, but all he has managed so far is that he could get tickets among the Cardiff fans. That made me kind of sceptic as a Lpool supporter to stand amongst you guys. But how are your stand about redmen being at the same end as you? I probably wont say yes to those tickets, and hopefully I will get some tickets for the Liverpool end, or the neutral zone.

As for me, I think there is no "big" rivalry between us, and I think all supporters either Lpool or Cardiff fans are going down to London to have a good time.

Good luck to you all :)

You could try joning the Scandinavian Bluebirds - their president lives on Utsira and I'm sure they would welcome you as a new bluebird - they may even have their own shirt amnesty... To be honest I'd give my spare tickets to the three Finns who were at CCS on Saturday - they flew in that morning and had to go home the same night after watching us for the first time and put in our worst performance of the season and lost 1-3. Why should any Bluebird want to sell his ticket to a Liverpool fan ... Would you sell yours to a Bluebird?

You would be more than welcome, hope you are sitting next to me, we could then have a beer at half time and talk about rivalry ;) :ayatollah:

haha, yes that would be nice :).

That said, I won`t be purchasing these tickets in the Cardiff end...But I`m kind of desperate to get tickets for this match. Hopefully I would get one :).

Either way, I`m in London that weekend, and I`m going to enjoy my time there....at Wembley or in a pub :)

First of all...This is not a wind up. It`s just a question from me about how to get hold of tickets and a possibilty to attebnd the match.
And as I said the only thing as of now is that I`ve been offered tickets in the Cardiff End, and that I`m staring to get desperate about this. Thinking if I should just take the tickets or hope to get some Liverpooltickets. But the time is running out here.

Was not supposed to be a wind up. Sorry.

Hope you all enjoy your trip to Wembley :)

You will be fine as long as Liverpool lose, you wear a Cardiff city shirt, cheer with the rest of the Cardiff fans and learn all our songs off by heart.
