He did that for the Palace game as well, it looked stupid because Palace's colours are red and blue. I don't mind fans buying them for the memorabilia etc but for the game it just looks like you're supporting both teams.

I always wear my scarf if its cold . I cant see problem with a football fan going to a football match wearing football gear thats what its all about

I've been on the other board and have offered to buy Sludges Saturday night gear, seven button high waster trousers with 24 inch flares, luminous green socks and a crappy green jumper with tarten around the cuffs although I'll have cut the toes out the DM's as he has size seven feet! My next move is to purchase a CARDIFF CITY scarf if I can find one of those old blue, white and yellow ones. I'll be wrapping that around my wrist as we did in the days of old; so when the jovial scousers tune up with The fields of Anfield Road, i'll retort with a hearty rendidtion of "your gonna get your f*cking heads kicked in" whilst waving my scarf in a most threating manner.
