Pre-ordering tickets?...

Anyone know how to do it?
My mate has asked me to pre-order him and his dad 2 tickets for the West Ham game. Thats when you order them and dont pay until you pick them up.
Another friend does it almost every game but I wont be seeing him for a while so any help would be appreciated

Never heard of this. If it is possible to do it you are going to have to ring the ticket office. It would be much easier to go on e ticketing and book them through your account.

Just pay for them by card, then pick them up at the ticket collection !!!
