Striker problem!

Mon Feb 06, 2012 10:57 pm

we all know we have a problem with the lack of strikers in the 1st team, with Earnshaw out of the picture, and Mason and Rudy still only young and improving! we really do need a striker in the loan window, especially with the risk of miller getting injured!

but by the looks of it, that Jesse Darko is looking like a decent talent in the academy! he's banging them in left right and centre, why doesn't Malky give him a go? he give Ralls a try and he's now a regular in the team! :D

Would love Simon Cox here but I can't imagine West Brom allowing him out on Loan.

I wouldn't say it's a problem, we have a good scoring record.
Defeat Saturday was down to terrible defending.

Another striker would come in useful but it's not a problem, and I don't think MM can claim it is when he isn't evening benching earnie.

Sam :ayatollah: i was going to follow my above post with this ;)

As for Cox scored a hat -trick against us in the cup last month..

Cox needs to play football,so he can get into the Rep'of Ireland squad...worth trying to ask if he is available ( IMO ).
