Im not sure on that front, just I thought I would let people know that trying to make a quick 30 quid could well end up in a fine and criminal record.

Doesn't matter if they buy it then go to the game and then complain. They may have video'd you or recorded your conversation in sale. Either makes you vulnerable to court action and a criminal record. Moral....Don't rip City fans off, cos big brother is watching!!!!!!!

I agree and this is where it needs to be stopped.

It is illegal to sell tickets only if u do not have a licence. Where I work we have tickets for Wales rugby games and prem football games, however we are not allowed to sell these unless we make them a package and sell them with a hotel etc... If we tried to sell ticket only the fines are very severe...
