People are trying to understand why the atmosphere is shit, well to me it's simple, yesterday was the same as the majority of our games, the Canton try hard to raise the atmosphere i.e. singing, screaming even drumming but the rest of the ground don't want to know, the family stand, silent (I can understand this), the Grand stand like a morgue and the Ninian, the most populated area of the ground only sing just after we score. So please if your one of those complaining and sit/stand in the "silent" areas take a long hard look at yourselves, don't include games like Palace, even though Palace fans made more noise than us, games like that should generare it's own atmosphere. God help Wembley we will be sung out of sight as we were against Blackpool in the play off final. Keep it up Canton, you deserve better!

You got it just about right tere mate, I use to sit in te canton and it always rocked, now I sit in the grand near the family end. But I must stay there is one guy with a few friends that try and try to get them going but nothing. As for the Ninian I hear them now and again but no where as loaud as the Canton. I would say if it wasnt for the canton it would be like a grave there, and 100% yep CP out sang the Ninian Stand ,when the Ninian started up the CP fans would start and silence them.

Its getting harder and harder to get people to sing in the Ninian Stand.

Maybe the "choir" idea you see at the back of the Canton stand near where the drum is should be used in other parts of the ground? (i.e. the Ninian stand, the corner between Canton and Ninian and the Grandstand? Sometimes all people need is a group of 5-10 people around them to lose their singing shyness.

Maybe that's where the drum should be or better still another drum?

My God ! its now they should be sining there heads off , we are in 3rd place from top for christ sake , not 3rd from Bottom.
We have a great team , great Manager , a new home ground, and we have the best chance of going up than ever, the CCS should be full a on fire every game. When the fans go to away games we can hear them above the home fans, Why ? cos the Canton and Ninian are all in the same end together thats where we go wrong in the CCS, we are split up .

Back in the 60s/ 70s we wouldnt stop sining, or so many chants, Never ever hear any old ones any more.
IN DUBLINS FAIR CITY WHERE THE GIRLS ARE SO PRETTY,
I FIRST SET MY EYES ON SWEET MOLLY MALLON , AS SHE WHEELED HER WHEEL BARROW, THROUGH THE STREETS, BROAD AND NARROW, CRYING CARDIFF! CLAP CLAP, CARDIFF! CLAP CLAP, CARDIFF! CLAP CLAP,
THAT is one they use to chant back in the 60s & 70s
