The lads have done fantastic this season but we have always needed those 2/3 extra players in vital positions to add a bit of depth. There have been a few tired performances recently.
The lack of additions in the transfer window may well come back and haunt us at the end of the season. So near yet so far.Other teams around us have strengthened during the window and we have done little. We cannot fault the players for effort but they cannot do it week in week out. There are 2 busy months coming up. I don't think that there will be many decent loan players floating around.

We have loads of players who shouldnt be tired but they are not being used.

Agreed, we do need a couple of additions and rotate when we have games in the bag. Some players are not having a run out at all. Earnie, Quinn, etc.

Wingers are needed to put quality crosses in the box.
Also why do we lob the ball in the area when we dont win any headers in the air??????
When the penalty area is crowded there is nothing better than slamming the ball in the area low, hard and fast, the ball then can end up anywhere.

Who are the wingers supposed to cross to? We don't play like that anymore.

Very true and very unrealistic.
Unless your an athlete at this level you can never say.
Even players on £150k get rotated, money means nothing, it's about management and fitness.

I know what u r saying, but I used to play full 90mins on a saturday and sunday. Dont get me wrong, I know they play a much harder and quick level, but still thats a lot of footy considering i wouldnt train on any fitness during the week. If its saturday game then a tuesday game fair enough. But they did have 3 days recovery in between, plus blackpool also played the same night. Maybe it wasnt even fatigue it could juts have been a bad day at the office. We'll see i suppose

Rubbish!
You cannot compare sitting behind a desk to being an elite athlete. They boys run through brick walls for one another, they have every right to feel tired. I would be very concerned if they weren't.

I dont work behind a bloody desk. I do a physical job. Im just saying, if u train EVERYDAY and that is your proffession then a weeks break is plenty.
