Noone Still a Target?

Sat Feb 04, 2012 11:13 am

See The Argus, a local Brighton paper are saying that Poyet still believes Noone could end up at cardiff in the summer.

Having Brighton/Player turn their nose up at the deal this time around would we really want him to come to Cardiff in the summer.

Look elsewhere I say, there are numerous other wide players out there. :D

If we are promoted I think Malky MacKay will be looking at better and more experienced players than Noone.

we weren't good enough then so he's not good enough now.. Thinking he's the dogs bollocks. We'll be in the prem by then and he can wallow in the championship with his ego.. Don't need twats like him here..

A bit unfair really. Just because we love this club why should Noone. In a way its good that he is showing loyalty to a club and fans who appreciate him. If we do end up getting him then I have no doubts he will be happy here too as we will be to have him

Why does he have an ego because he wants to stay at Brighton, he clearly likes it there. Does that mean that Whitts has an ego because he wants to stay here.

It was his decision not to come, the chairman of brighton came home and vetoed the deal.

umm no because im sure it said he couldnt agree personal terms which more than likely comes down to money and him thinking he's worth more.. west ham were after whitts and probably woulda payed him more money so no, whitts decision has nothing to do with ego

I remember hearing SH say that if a player turns down a move to our club that's it you don't make another offer. That's one thing I think SH got absolutely right if a player doesn't want to sign the club should not ask a second time.
