season ticket pic

when i bought my season ticket i didnt have my photo put on it and i hear that if you have no pic on your season ticket you can not buy away tickets, it there any truth in this ? i dont want to miss out on my wembely ticket

I thought Wembley was a home game for us as we been there a few times lately.
