is a load of shit IMO, I just dont get it at all.

Its taken me about five minutes to find where the season tickets are on sale and when I click on it it says they are no on sale.

I thought maybe because im not logged in so tried went onto register and it says "Enter your friends membership number" WTF

2blue I've been trying to buy tickets for Leicester away for 2 days and when I get to the payment section it tells me I'm not entitled. I've tried using the on line assistant but no one is there.

To busy selling ST to worry about everything else. It's crazy

Only problem I've ever had with e-ticketing is with the last version of the site when it didn't support Safari, having to download & install Firefox just to buy Play-Off tickets!

For cup games & renewals both mine & my lad's tickets are clearly listed.

Maybe im just getting old it seems way to confusing for me.

I logged on yesterday and couldnt find where to renew on my account
Then for some reason I logged on again and then managed to find where to renew my season ticket
I agree the e-ticketing system is shite. How I managed to find it yesterday, im not sure

I found it in the end but cant do the interest free with it (well that I could see). My forms are in the post now instead

I agree the E-Ticketing is poor. To try and set up a network for my friends was a pain in the arse. Its not user friendly or logical and it must be designed by some geek who doesn't think about us mere mortals and the frustration it causes. You young guys on here I bet have no problems, but for this oldie on here my patience was wearing thin.
In the end I gave up and went down the ticket office - Result

you can't buy season tickets online, you can only renew if you're already a ST holder

I tried all day yesterday to buy a ticket for me and my mate, got a genuine number from...not saying....same problem

So phoned up today and was told the problem was sorted....guess what...no it was not.

As a guy who works in the industry like.....the club are getting a bad service.
