email for the club?

anyone got an email address for the club? does julian jenkins stil work there..he has been very helpful in the past. i purchased my season ticket as a student with the 5 year price freeze gaurantee and am now being told student prices dont apply as im over 21! not happy

I'm sure it was julian.jenkins@cardiffcityfc.co.uk when he emailed me after the last customer survey - I rated the Ticket Office poor & he followed it up.

Same situation for me, not happy to say the least, how the club can justify this as fair is beyond me. An 18 year old could be working fulltime, earning well over £15,000 and in the club's eyes in deemed worthy of saving £100 on their S/T, yet I'm a 22yo full-time student, granted I work part-time but that's just to keep my head above water and yet I am expected to pay more just because of my age. I renewed my season ticket this morning, however this is simply because I need my weekend football fix, not happy though, seems like my loyalty is being taken for granted! The club should at least honour the student prices for those who are current Ambassadors!

If anybody knows who to contact regarding this please post their details as I'm ready to kick some ass!
