sitting next to mates at wembley

Does anyone know when we can apply for tickets on the 12th for wembley tickets online will we have the option to add in a mates fan number address and details so you can sit together so to speak. ? Many thanks

We did for the FA Cup Final - about 10 of us - so I'm hoping it's the same for this one. No reason for it to be any different, I suppose.

No problem, mate. We're hoping to do the same this time around, so I hope it comes off, because we've got a fair crowd who all know each other and it'll be good to sit together. I think it's more than 10 of us who want to sit together this time, so I don't know how easy that'll be to sort out on eticketing! There could be trouble ahead.....

Yes mate you can do it easily (i effectively do this all the time with my kids tickets)

basically sign into your email ticket account, go into my account and on the right hand side click the icon 'my network'

at the bottom enter your friends fan number and surname

they will now appear in your list above... you need to then upgrade them to manage account (click where indicated)

they will get an email... which they then need to click/open and authorise

then your sorted.. you can book their tickets at the same time as yours

I'm no expert but I thought you only had to upgrade to "manage account" if you want to be able to buy STs. For just buying tickets for single games, like the Carling Cup, "Assign" is OK.

Is that right or do I need to upgrade all the access to "manage account" ready for 12th

Limited Access;

This level will enable you to assign a Cardiff City FC Fan on your Network to any item in your basket when purchasing tickets. These fans can be upgraded to Full Access.

Full Access;

This level will enable you to manage season tickets/memberships for members of your Network ie renew season tickets and memberships or purchase reserved seats for certain fixtures on their behalf.


I would have thought that the Carling Cup would have come up under the full access element..

As I understood under limted access you could only assign fans to tickets once they are placed in your basket, and as such with the Carling Cup final I cant see how you could get extra tickets placed into your basket (as surely the system will only allow you your entitlement) and then assign them..
