Loan window a 2nd transfer window?

If my understanding is correct we can still go some of these targets on a permanent deal. If we offer the club in question a loan fee of what the asking price would be for a transfer then have a contract agreement that we will be able to talk terms with the player during or at the end of the loan period in regards to permanent deal. Is this possible or abusing the loan rule, Iv'e known clubs to do this but maybe not for the reasons that we would be?

If this is possible then obviously Malky would need to make sure he brought players in who would defo want a permanent deal, if so then this in effect its a 2nd transfer window.

On the other hand however, if we do get a good calibre of loanee in that we would have otherwise of signed on a permanent in the Jan window, if it doesn't work out then we aren't lumbered with them, although I cant believe any player not working out under Malky that he'd bring in.

actually thinking about the latter, if we paid a loan fee and it didn't work out then he would be free to leave and we would have lost money, Scrap that part!

A couple of loan players who help us get promoted would probably give their right
arms to come here permanently. And if we DO go up, chances are they will have
played a big part in it.

But nothing would really be different re: us signing them. Malky would firstly want
to get them in permanently. But then the player would STILL have to want to come
here, and his Club be willing to let him come

From next Tuesday we will be able to sign players on an emergency loan basis which had a maximum period of 93 days. Because the season ends earlier this year (28th April) so any loan could be for the remainder of the normal League season. The players would not be able to play in any playoff games if thats where we end up.

The good news here is that any player signed on fullterm emergency loan will be able to play in the remaining League fixtures.
