if you mean fees for divorce why not ask at law courts! i have been seperated for 5rys and only cost me about £400 but no complications in my case, not sure how long you need to be seperated for this to apply like said go find out doesnt cost anything and only couple forms to fill out if need be

Don't know much about it, but if it's a mutual thing without complications I don't think you have to pay anywhere near that amount. Maybe check out http://www.quickie-divorce.com - not my site but had a brief spell working at the company behind it, they operate out of Bridgend.
