lucky escape!!!

Now that the Panick Buying Window is over its time to reflect on what I believe is a lucky escape. Marvin Sordell - WHY? I appreciate that MM might know him as player, but is he actually worth £3 Million, I dont think so. according to WFC website he has scored 17 in 51. Not exactly outstanding in League football.

Nicky Maynard (78 in 191) at £1.5 million would have been the deal, why didnt we have a bit of that??

As for the scouse pole dancer, after seeing him on Soccer AM we are better off without him. He seems to be rapped up in his own self-importance and appears to have the intelligence of a hedghog.

We missed out on some signings, but for me we need to believe in MM, and his judgement, which so far has been spot on.

A few (and i mean a few) PL loan signings in Feb will do us nicely to move on to what I believe will be at least a PO place under a different Manager with NO bottlers

I'd think Mackay may have more knowledge about Sordell than someone quoting goal per game stats only, tbh.

maynards wage demands were out of our league but west ham have agreed to them. be interesting if they get promoted how they intend to offload him as i dont think he will cut it in the premiership

Neither.

I find Maynard to be incredibly overrated. Of the two, Sordell has the bigger upside, especially due to being younger.
