Why so downbeat about no new signings?

Ok so the transfer window has for now closed....So what...At least we didnt sell any of our main players who could have had their heads turned by some of the clubs making enquires about them...i.e...Whitts for starters....we,ve got a good bunch of players here at the moment who are willing to run into the ground for the manager....that alone speaks volumes about the togetherness that Malky has installed...THINK POSITIVE...BE POSITIVE ..CITY ARE ON THE UP...who would have thought at the start of the season we would be in this position? I think most of us would have taken midtable or below as long as we stayed in the championship..The manager knows what he,s doing and I agree with the fact that he wont pay over the odds,he,s planning for the long term which is the way forward....Ok we might get in the top two(with loads of luck)but I think we,ll be in the playoffs....and with Malky in charge,shouting from the technical area,showing passion,showing commitment..who knows it might be the spark thats been missing for a number of seasons,I think we,ll soon find out...first stop.. Carling Cup Final ....second stop..PLAYOFF FINAL..and winning promotion..

Exactly... i agree with what you just said. - it aint as if the transfer windows shut and thats it u cant get any players till the next window....we have the loan window coming up... and if malky wants to use that then so be it.... if he doesnt then its not the end of the world....Malky knows whats hes doin,
