IMPORTANT TIP IF RENEWING SEASON TICKETS

Wed Feb 01, 2012 1:08 pm

Don't make the same mistake as me, went on e ticketing, great easy if i want to renew just mine, but couldn't put my wife or son on, they have to be registered as well, so you would have to register them separately if not on there.

Right on to the phone line, 117 in queue, but sat it out, one and a half hours later success, well not really, can't renew on the phone if you taking out the 5 month interest free option.

SO BE WARNED........................

Gwyn

I had the same scenrio

you can activate them quickly online

on the ticket sign in page - click activate account

this then takes you to another page where they enter their fan number and surname

you then sign into your account and go into my account... click the mynetwork picture far right, then add your families fan number at the bottom of the page... once they appear click on the tab on the right side for you to manage their account.

They will then receive an email which they open and follow the prompts to accept you as the master account

then your sorted.

I guess this could be invaluable when the final tickets go on sale and there are potentially longer queues...

Can you take the 5 month interest free option if you renew online because I can't see any option to do this on e-ticketing :?:

Surely with the post you can not guarantee being in the first 10000 tho?? Done mine on e-ticketing in 30 seconds but you have to pay it all ouch

I'm not bothered about the extra ticket mate, I'd rather it went to a genuine fan, than one of my mates looking for a good day out. I just wanted to get it off, and out the way! :ayatollah:

I would assume no one who applies by post for the 5 month finance will not get any extra tickets for Wembley. They have to receive your form and then send you out the finance paperwork which you have to fill in and send back. All that will take longer than the date on which the Wembley tickets will be available.
